as mom put it best, "if home is where the heart is, then how can mine be in so many places at once?"
i feel like i'm being pulled back to washington right now. probably somewhere near ohio, actually. yeah, you guessed it! mama just left a few hours ago. we had an EXCELLENT time, enjoying the mundane everyday things that we all have to do. we grocery shopped, went to the dr., played with the "kids", sang, TALKED, walked, played hand & foot, watched movies, read, worked @ sbux, & even voluntarily watched the final four [[nc vs. kansas]]!!
just being with my mommy makes me happy. & while i wish that could be all the time, i know this is where God wants me right now. but oooooh man do i miss her!there is an endless song echoes in my soul, i hear the music ring.
and though the storms may come i am holding on, to the Rock i cling!
i can sing in the troubled times, sing when i win. i can sing when i lose my step & i fall down again!
i can sing cause You pick me up, sing cause You're there. i can sing cause You hear me Lord, when i call to You in prayer.
how can i keep from singing Your praise?
how can i ever say enough? how amazing is Your love!
how can i keep from shouting Your name? i know i am loved by the KING, & it makes my heart want to sing!
